At HTT, we offer EFTi accredited EFT training courses online and in person, and Reiki courses in person for those interested in learning more about these revolutionary therapy techniques. Participants can eventually earn their EFT or Reiki certification online or in person by completing our courses.

We keep our interactive classes small so that everyone has plenty of time for practise and have their questions answered during the training.

What Do our Courses Cover?

EFT Courses

Our education and upbringing taught us maths and grammar, but nothing about what to do when the world starts spinning around us. We were taught how the Battle of Hastings was won, but not how to win the silent battles inside us.

The various courses offered by HTT all follow the EFT international syllabus to guide participants in achieving a full understanding of Emotional Freedom Technique. Whether you are learning for personal use, or fulfilling additional the requirements to gain your EFTi accredited Practitioner status, we have the course for you.

Level 1 Introductory EFT Courses

EFT is an easily mastered technique that anyone can use virtually anywhere. With the proper resources, like our comprehensive Workbook which includes Tapping points diagrams, you too can start tapping into wellness. EFT training is easy and accessible.

Level 1 Introductory EFT Courses - Detail

Our level one courses, which are open to everyone no matter whether you have experience of EFT or not, will help beginners understand the background, history and theories behind EFT tapping. It doesn’t matter if you are interested in becoming a therapist or if you want to learn EFT for personal use, this is the foundation from which you can build your toolbox and continue to add to it until you are an expert in the artistry and technique of Tapping. Our training follows the EFTi syllabus and includes:

Level 2 EFT Practitioner Courses

Anyone who has completed Level 1 of the EFT International Accredited Practitioner Training is eligible to become an EFT Level 2 Certified Practitioner. The Certified Practitioner level will allow you to go beyond the basics of EFT and into the specific techniques that can be used for best results. You can choose to continue the training for your own personal use or pursue professional certification and training. This will allow you to further master EFT and improve your language and elegant questioning skills.

Level 2 EFT Practitioner Courses - Detail

Our training follows the EFTi syllabus and includes:

Usui Reiki Level 1 (2 days)

Covers history of Reiki, 4 Attunements to receive Reiki Energy, giving treatments, hand positions.

Usui Reiki Level 1 Course - Detail

Reiki level 1 is a two-day course with small classes (4 – 6 people) to enable a more friendly and individual experience. On completion of the course, you will have an illustrated Reiki Manual, the First Degree Reiki Certificate as well as receiving on-going support and advice.
During this training, you will receive 4 Attunements to receive the Reiki Energy and learn:-

Usui Reiki Level 2 (1 day): The Practitioner’s Degree

Covers 2 further Attunements and 3 sacred symbols to strengthen mental and emotional healing and send absentee healing.

This course is a one-day course which will allow you to practice at a practitioner level. You will receive a manual and certificate as well as ongoing support and advice. At this level of Reiki additional energy centres are opened and you are connected to a greater volume of Reiki Energy.

Usui Reiki Level 2 Course - Detail

During the course, you are given three sacred symbols, each having a specific function. These symbols can then be used as a focus to enable you to strengthen mental and emotional healing and to send absentee healing. A large part of the training received in Second Degree is centred on the understanding and use of these symbols.
In Reiki 2 you will receive two further Attunements which provide greatly amplified energy and its focus is on the etheric body rather than the physical. As a result of these Attunements, you may develop both a greater sensitivity to energy and a psychic awareness.

Focus the energy on the release of mental and emotional blocks.
Focus your mind to enable to send Reiki energy beyond time and space and thus bring about effective absentee healing.

Usui Reiki Level 3 Master/Teacher level (2 days)

Covers 3 advanced Attunements and one further sacred symbol to take you to teacher level and the spiritual level, learning how to attune new students to Reiki energy, revising past learning and develop personally.

Usui Reiki Master/Teacher (Shiki Ryoho)
Often this is split into 2 courses, but we teach it in the traditional way over two days. At the completion of this level, you will have received the final Usui Reiki Master symbol and be able to teach and attune others should you wish. This is the level where you ‘become the energy’.

At this level you will cover:-

The day will be about meditation and spiritual development
An overview of Reiki 1 & 2
You’re sharing your experience at these levels, why you would like to progress
Understanding & insight into of Reiki master/teacher level
Receive Attunements for this level

Karuna® Reiki Levels 1 & 2 (combined)

Covers Karuna and Spiritual Guidance, Karuna symbols, Healing the Shadow Self, Toning and Chanting and a Practice Session.

For those who have attained Usui Reiki Master Level.

Karuna Reiki is a healing energy that assists us in awakening to Universal compassion and the wisdom of our soul. Compassion is a state of consciousness, which when combined with energy, has great transformational power.

The Karuna Attunements allow a blending on very deep levels with the Universal vibration of Usui Reiki to bring about deep healing. It is a natural progression from Usui Reiki mixing and interweaving with the energy.

Karuna® Reiki Levels 1 & 2 - Detail

Karuna Reiki that is being sent by all the enlightened beings opens you to work more consciously with these enlightened beings. Karuna is a Sanskrit word and is used in Hinduism & Buddhism.

It is translated to mean any action that is taken to “diminish the suffering of others” and could be translated as “compassionate action”, to give Karuna or extend compassionate action to everyone, all beings benefit. As you develop Karuna in yourself, not only are you assisting others, but you also become more receptive to the Karuna that is being sent by all the enlightened beings, Karuna Reiki opens you to work more consciously with these enlightened beings.
